Pat peacefully passed away at home surrounded by her family on Tuesday 24th December 2024, aged 75 years. A much loved Partner, Mum, Nan & Great Nan who will be sadly missed by all her family & friends.

Today we said our final goodbyes to you Nan. The service was absolutely beautiful & it just proved how loved you were & still are by all your family & your friends. There’s not a day that goes by where I don’t miss you & I don’t think there ever will be. I’m sorry I didn’t show you how much you meant to me more often but I hope you know how much I love you. Until we meet again x
